Severe weather route delays - march 2012

Delayed Pickup Schedule due to Winter Storm - 3/21/12
We were not able to operate our normal routes due to the winter storm that hit Eugene on Wednesday morning. As such we will be operating on a delayed pickup schedule for the remander of the week of 3/21 - 3/23. Since we will be working as quickly as possible to makeup the routes we ask you to do the following:
- PLACE YOUR CARTS OUT FOR COLLECTION ON YOUR NORMAL PICKUP DAY.
- IF YOUR CARTS DO NOT GET EMPTIED ON YOUR NORMAL DAY; LEAVE THEM AT THE CURB FOR PICKUP THE FOLLOWING DAY. (i.e. - if your pickup day is Thursday and your carts do not get emptied Thursday, leave them out for pickup on Friday)
- Do NOT place any limbs longer than 36 inches in your yard debris cart - we will not be able to empty carts with items sticking above the top of the cart.
- We will not be able to pickup extra debris from storm related tree damage until next week.
**Some residential routes in the South Eugene hills may be dellayed more than one day depending on whether road conditions are safe enough to conduct operations.
